If we’re unable to offer you cover, your policy includes an exclusion relating to a declared medical condition following the underwriting assessment, or the additional premium relating to your declared medical condition is £200 or more, we’ll direct you to the MoneyHelper Travel Insurance Directory — a free, independent service provided by the Government’s Money and Pensions Service (MaPS).
