If you are 55 or under: You can travel for up to 18 months on the Alpha Longstay policy – certain restrictions will apply based on health
If you are 65 or under: You can travel for up to 94 days in any one trip to Europe or worldwide destinations. For UK trips, it’s 31 days.
If you are 66–84: You can travel for up to 45 days in any one trip to Europe, but 31 days in any one trip for all other destinations.
If you are 85 or over: You can travel for up to 31 days in any one trip, no matter where you’re going.

You can choose the date for your policy to start, up to 31 days before your first trip. You can either begin your policy right away or set it to start on your upcoming trip’s departure day. However, starting your policy on the day of departure means you won’t be covered for cancellation costs if something unexpected happens before the policy starts.
